    • The frames have not been altered
    • The frames are returned in original condition

    Approved exchanges will be honored with a frame of equal value.

    ​30-Day Manufacturer Warranty

    We offer a 30-day warranty on all frames for manufacturer defects only.
    If a defect is confirmed:

    • A replacement frame of equal value will be issued.
    • Please note: We cannot guarantee the same style will be available, as some frames are final inventory or limited release.

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Lost or stolen frames
    • Damage due to mishandling, misuse, or neglect
