Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase only if:
- The frames have not been worn
- The frames have not been altered
- The frames are returned in original condition
Approved exchanges will be honored with a frame of equal value.
30-Day Manufacturer Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty on all frames for manufacturer defects only.
If a defect is confirmed:
- A replacement frame of equal value will be issued.
- Please note: We cannot guarantee the same style will be available, as some frames are final inventory or limited release.
This warranty does not cover:
- Lost or stolen frames
- Damage due to mishandling, misuse, or neglect
Shipping Information
- Standard shipping is available for $15.00
- Orders with two or more frames may incur additional shipping costs
- Overnight shipping is available upon request (additional fees apply)
